I established Reba Consulting, an Adelaide based service providing senior-level procurement and commercial advisory without the structure and overhead of a traditional consultancy model.​

My experience spans capital program delivery, infrastructure projects, complex operational service delivery environments and strategic procurement across a range of industries in public and private sectors.​

I work directly with executive stakeholders and delivery teams to design procurement approaches that are practical, commercially balanced and aligned to strategic objectives.
